Lance was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Express Carriers Association in May 2005. He joined Kruse Worldwide in 2002 as Chief Operating Officer for the opportunity to become an owner in a smaller, dynamic transportation company. It was a decision he made after working in various positions for larger companies, Nestle Distribution Corporation and Towne Air Freight. Lance wants to be a part of the ECA Board to give back to an organization that has been very beneficial to his company, and to help the ECA continue its successful growth as an organization. Lance lives in Fort Wayne, IN and his list of hobbies includes playing golf and basketball, visiting the family lake house, fishing, traveling, and following his favorite college and professional sports teams.
